I’m your tutor Sarah, and I’m passionate about helping everyone to overcome their fears and learn to love the water.
I’m a swimming coach and teacher specialising in working with adults who have a water phobia or fear of the water.
As well as over 8 years coaching experience, I am a Level 2 Swimming Teacher, level 2 Open Water Coach and Level 2 Total Immersion Swimming Coach.
I have been helping people learn to be calm and happy in the water for many years; this has helped me to understand exactly why people are afraid, why many have tried and failed to overcome their fears and exactly how to help anyone quickly and easily move from panic to peace.
My 5 step programme is simple, gentle and enjoyable and has 100% success in helping someone learn to feel comfortable in the water – even those who have tried everything and given up hope!

Don’t worry , this isn’t one of those long boring courses. Everyone is different but the first 3 steps will probably take you an hour or less, the pool-based sections can take as little as an hour too but this is impossible to predict. Some people achieve comfort in a shorter or longer time. Whatever happens and however long it takes to become 100% comfortable in the water I know you will feel better almost straight away.
The programme starts whenever you are ready! It is a completely self-paced online programme – you decide when you start and when you finish.
After enrolling, you have access to the programme for 6 months – across any and all devices you own.
My goal with the Panic to Peace programme is to keep it as affordable as possible which means individual support isn’t included.

We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind about joining the Programme.
