How can I book?

The easiest way to book is to use our simple online booking site here – you’ll see all our lesson options along with live availability. If you have problems using the online system please give us a call or email – we’d be very happy to help.

Can I alternate between Total Immersion coaching and ASA/STA lessons or coaching?

No. Conventional coaching methods do not agree with the Total Immersion methodology and therefore alternating between the two methods will confuse you and you will not see the results you will be hoping for.

Do I need to practice?

Yes, we are trying to get new movement patterns into your muscle memory – the more you do “good” practice the quicker this will happen.

I’m not very fit, is that OK?

It’s fine, don’t worry, you don’t need youth, athleticism or special talents to be a great swimmer.

I have a water phobia – can you help?

Yes of course, we have lesson options for people with all levels of water phobia – you an find out more here.

Where can I park?

Please park on the gravelled area next to the large wall with railings and make your way across to the log cabin. If the parking is full, please park carefully on the road below neighbouring driveways next to the large hedge or just before the gravelled parking area. 

What should I bring?

Your swimsuit, (we recommend Speedo type shorts for men rather than board shorts) a towel and ideally a pair of goggles, a swim cap and a drink. Don’t worry if you don’t have goggles or a cap as we have plenty to borrow. Please also ensure you have not applied any body lotions or oils on the day of your swim.
